Friday, Sept.8 t h – ‘Meet and Greet’ at 888 Wing (German s tyle buffet , no host bar.)
Saturday, Sept 9 t h – ‘Banquet and Dance’ at Officer’s Mess CFB Comox.
Saturday -afternoon tour of the RCAF Air Museum and Heritage Air Park, -afternoon Tour of 40 Knots Winery (TBA)
Registration times: Early arrivals Thursday, Sept 7 t h — 6:00-9:00pm @ Best Western Westerly Hotel (Flying Canoe Pub)
Friday Registration, Sept. 8 t h — Noon – 4:00pm @ BW Westerly Hotel (Chalk Lounge), then continued at 5:00pm at the 888 Wing RCAFA during the Meet and Greet.
Shuttle Bus: A bus service with Ambassador Shuttle has been arranged between the Best Western Hotel and the 888 Wing for Friday and the Officer’s Mess for Saturday. More information regarding times and possible costs will be in your welcome package.

Hotel Bookings: The Best Western Westerly Hotel in Courtenay has provided reduced rates for those attending the reunion. Please ensure you phone the front desk directly and mention that you are booking a room under the “ 3 Wing Brats Reunion. ” (They will provide the reduced rate for 2 days prior and 3 day s after the event .)
Cancellation: The Committee is aware that unexpected events happen, and it may be necessary for your plans to be changed. Written requests to cancel which are received by the committee prior to 31 August 2023 will be fully refunded, less a $25 per person administration fee.
